Wherever evil reigns the day

It matters not its form of prey

Oppression is its goal to splay

In minds of every soul, to fray

 

No longer representing us

But shoved beneath their loading bus

Corralled, our spirits, now afraid

Excuses line their beds well made

 

Count all the taxes they collect

Our meager wages quickly pecked

Their thriftless focus on their sect

Their budget shambles, wealth select

 

Well, ask yourself how safe our home

When once, the world we’d gladly roam

Where’s liberty or happiness

And worse, our waning children’s bliss

 

Whilst evil builds a hefty fort

Its court partakes of its resort

Expensing dreadful years of strife

Till brewing storms must reclaim life

 

From bullies only, does fear spread

Not in speech, what bullies said

But what’s on paper, all have read

Speaks true intent, what’s in their head

 

Instead of spreading worldwide paws

Reigns need to clear their two-faced laws

And Constitution’s cleared out flaws

Will world display a moral cause

Restoring time for spirits’ pause

 

Throughout mankind a common thread

Perfecting spirit always said

Like fathers, sons are wholly bred

By teachers, students’ souls are fed
