Allegation 02 -
Subversion of STANDING
("democracy" Undermining)

Numerous OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVES OF AMERICA willfully or ignorantly: 

​

(a) repetitively PUBLICLY spread “OUR democracy” disinformation

suborning structural degeneration of OUR Government,

oppressing OUR Sovereign Voice ACOUNTABILITY mandate,

and suborning Legislative Autocracy;

​

(b) BROADCAST their dissent from “Morality and Reason” as tainted work product

over global media for the World to witness;

​

(c) Failed their Duty and Sworn Obligation to observe, obey, and honor

OUR Declaration, OUR Constitution, and harmonized Case Law;

​

thereby undermining their primary purpose to

“effect [OUR] Safety and Happiness”

and “secure the Blessings of Liberty” for OUR Posterity;

​

and

​

(d) continue to demonstrate and perpetuate

Breach of Constitutionally assigned Duty and publicly Sworn Obligation (Breach of Contract), Negligence, and Depraved Indifference or Willful Blindness;​

​

thereby subverting this Plaintiff’s “Standing” in Court.

These Defendants’ decades-old false “OUR democracy” mantra, continuing daily,

covertly SUBVERTS OUR FUNDAMENTAL security measure,

“REPUBLICAN form of government”,

OUR SOVEREIGN VOICE AUTHORITY (“standing”),

previously detailed in Allegation 01.

The impact of their widespread propaganda is self-evident in the severe infiltration

of OUR Judiciary:

“… areas in which the judiciary then has a duty to intervene in the democratic process, a federal court properly exercises only a limited review power over Congress, the appropriate representative body through which the public makes democratic choices among alternative solutions to social and economic problems.”   16A Am Jur 2d Sec 270: Limitations As Respects Legislative Branch;

Encroachment; Judicial Legislation

"limited review power over Congress " shows Judicial misconception of Fundamental LAW, OUR three separate Articles of EQUAL Authority assignment in OUR Constitution previously detailed in Allegation 01 (Exhibit 005B). Judicial reluctance subverts OUR Standing and suborns Congressional Autocracy; thereby threatening OUR Security with Tyranny.

These Defendants are continually decimating OUR unique Societal Structure,

disgracing OUR Soldiers' bloodshed, defiling OUR Global Reputation,

belittling OUR Constitution, cultivating Legislative Autocracy,

abetting Executive Abuse, and crippling Judicial countermeasures;

​

thereby destroying OUR three-branch crosscheck of power;

​

thereby subjecting all Americans and their Posterity to Oppression;

​

and thereby unworthy to represent America.
