W-4 Form - Coerced Subjugation - False Witness Depositions

Under misdirection by the Legislative Defendants' Omissive Fraud "codes" and the Treasury Defendants' Fraudulent Forms and Instructions

(Exhibits detailed in my Petition),

At the beginning of every new job, ever since I started working, presented by my Employers as necessary, I was coerced to complete a "withholding" form under threat of job loss for noncompliance.

​

My Employers, performing as Treasury Agents, corruptly presented and obtained (in violation of the 31 CFR 1.35 Privacy Act)

​

false Personal Information Reports

("Withholding" Forms W-4, W-9, etc. and "Income Tax Returns"),

complete with signatures "under penalty of perjury" ;

​

thereby coercing False Witness Depositions from me

not conforming to the material facts about me;

​

thereby executing a false "search warrant" and seizing Private data;

​

thereby Invading my Privacy;

thereby falsely alleging my receipt of taxable earnings;

thereby initiating and perpetuating a non-expiring illicit contract

continually subjugating me to "taxpayer" status

and abrogating my UNALIENABLE Rights;

​

thereby the consequences of my actions are the legal responsibility of the Treasury Defendants collectively.
